What is Life in Balance?
Life in Balance is a 10-week programme developed by Jo Crawley and Imogen Testa, who have a shared passion for helping people move better, feel stronger and live more fully. Designed for people in midlife and beyond, it combines strength, balance and mobility training with something you won't find in a typical exercise class - the skills to understand and improve the way you move, for life.
What makes Life in Balance different ?
This isn't just an exercise class. It's affordable access to physiotherapy expertise.

Built for real life, not a gym
From getting up from the floor with confidence to walking on uneven ground — every session tackles the movements that matter most for everyday independence and confidence.
A genuine community
Small groups of maximum 15 people, a private Facebook community, and optional volunteering activities that bring real benefit to you and the community around you.
A complete programme
